Shravan Maas 2019 Dates and Days Calendar Shravan maas is most auspicious month in Hindu Calendar. This month is dedicated to Lord Shiva. People believe that shravan is best time to please Lord Shiva. All Mondays or Somwar which fall during Shravan month are considered highly auspicious for fasting and known as  Shravan Somwar Vrat .  Shravan Maas Fasting during this entire month is considered very auspicious. Waking up early morning, visiting the Shiva temple, and offering a mixture of milk, ghee, yogurt, gangajal, and honey also known as Panchamrut along with Bilva leaves is a must.
