collective visit can wash away all the sins of a person. There’s a Yatra
known as Badi Char Dham Yatra and there’s another known as Chota Char
Dham Yatra. The season of the Holy journey falls between May to October.

Pitru paksha is a 16 days period of Shraddha (sraddh) from Bhadrapada purnima to  Sarva pitru amavasya . It is also known as Shraddha Paksha.
